When you appear to the famous Plakias in south Rethymno, maybe you’ll feel tempted to eat in a tavern by the beautiful sea. Unfortunately you have to compromise with the idea of having lunch or dinner 200 meters from the sea water (but with some sea view) in case you wish to enjoy delicious plates (based on fresh fish-straight from their own fishing boat, meat from free range animals, and organic vegetables).
If you try the mum’s cuisine (by mum and sister of Andreas) and the hospitable, professional service of Andreas and his brothers, you will not get disappointed.
You just have to drive to Damnoni, stop at Mythos and I am sure it won’t be your last time there! Good Appetite.
