The flower of Hope

Heraklion, TipsFebruary 28, 2018Isidoros

The view of a flourished almond tree is the first and the warmest welcome of nature to the Spring.

Driving around the foothills of Psiloritis’ (Idi) mountain, the view of many amazing white almond flowers rejoice our hearts, filling them with hope, by the message that the fertile period of spring is about to replace winter.

Almond Tree  vs  Olive Tree

Despite the title, there is no competition!

These two beautiful trees can grow together offering each other many benefits (like special taste to the olive oil), creating a wonderful scenery for the eyes.
